Terms of sale
These terms govern purchases of retro games, consoles and merchandise on gametown.uk. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and regulations on distance selling and cancellation.
1. Contract
By placing an order you agree to these terms. The contract is with Game Town Retail Ltd.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in £ and include UK VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time before you submit your order.
3. Payment
We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and bank transfer. Payment is taken when you confirm your order.
4. Delivery
UK mainland orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Free delivery applies on orders over £50. See our Delivery page.
5. Cancellations and returns
Under UK consumer law you may have the right to cancel within 14 days for many online purchases. See our Refunds & returns policy.
6. Warranty
Your statutory rights apply, including rights relating to faulty goods. See Warranty.
7. Disputes
Please contact us first. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may use alternative dispute resolution or the courts of England and Wales (unless mandatory law says otherwise).
